Cent’Anni Health is a wellness consulting company that is run by husband and wife team Jimmy and Samantha Russomano. The name comes from the Italian saying that means “May you live 100 years”. Living to 100 years doesn’t happen by accident, it requires a holistic approach to physical activity, exercise, and nutrition among other factors. The Cent’Anni Health team seeks to streamline peoples’ efforts to enhance their lives and health-span by combining the important components of physical activity, exercise, and nutrition.

Samantha Russomano MA, RDN is a co-owner and Director of Nutrition at Cent’Anni Health. She spent 7 years as a middle school science and special education teacher before pursuing a career as a registered dietitian. In addition to her role at Cent’Anni Health, Sam maintains a position as a clinical dietitian at a hospital working with patients in the ICU and Med-Surg departments.  During her time as a teacher, Sam coached middle and high school track and swim teams. Her passion for working with young athletes comes from a combination of her experience teaching, coaching, and as a dietitian. She is an avid runner and triathlete and loves cooking with her three-year-old son.

Jimmy Russomano is a co-owner and the Director of Fitness at Cent’Anni Health. He brings 15 years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach and public health professional at world-class organizations including Hospital for Special Surgery, the United States Tennis Association, Villanova University, Michigan State University, and the University of Illinois. Jimmy serves as a board member on the New Jersey State Advisory Board for the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He firmly believes that sport should be a vehicle for health promotion before anything else, and that a positive youth sport experience can be the gateway for a healthy life. Despite suffering a life-changing ACL tear as a high school athlete, Jimmy continues to lead an active life - surfing at the NJ shore year-round and training for triathlons and looks forward to sharing these activities with his three-year-old son.
